I am ALLL about the fun fall desserts, but some of the ones I have my eye on are super high in sugar, calories, and things that don't make me feel the best.
Is it okay to indulge once in a while? Absolutely. However, I want these things daily. All day, everyday. 24/7. And it's not the best idea to be eating pumpkin cheesecake ice cream every single day.
So, why not come up with a creative, high-protein, and pretty holistic take on some of my favorite fall sweet treats?! This pumpkin spice yogurt bowl, using my favorite Vanilla Bean Grassfed Whey from Levels Protein, is definitely going to be on repeat this fall! Andiamo!

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt (preferably from Fage)
1 scoop (32 grams) grassfed vanilla bean whey from Levels Protein
1 tablespoon Lakanto Maple Cinnamon sugar-free syrup
2 tablespoons (16 grams) PBFit organic pumpkin spice peanut butter powder
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
Monkfruit sweetener
Dash of water to mix
