I'm on my pumpkin spice kick, so enjoy this simple, delicious, and borderline anabolic pumpkin spice protein shake using my FAVORITE protein powder ever, Levels Grassfed Whey of every flavor. In this recipe, I used their delectable Vanilla Bean flavor. Andiamo! :)

CALORIES: 433 calories

PROTEIN: 69 grams

CARBOHYDRATES: 28 grams

FAT: 5 grams


INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 grams Fage nonfat plain greek yogurt

  • 90 grams organic plain pumpkin puree

  • 1 scoop (32 grams) Levels Vanilla Bean Grassfed Whey

  • 16 grams PBFit pumpkin spice peanut butter powder

  • Monkfruit sweetener to taste

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon Lakanto Maple Cinnamon sugar-free syrup
