If you're into fall, seasonal treats like myself, but the ones at the store with 40+ unpronounceable ingredients don't sound appetizing or appealing whatsoever, here is the sweet treat for you!

All of my ninja creami recipes are pretty similar, with a yogurt and honey base, but the pumpkin puree makes this a smooth, creamy, and basically identical pumpkin spice frozen yogurt dupe.

Enjoy pumpkin spice things while they last, because I'll be dropping some Christmas-themed ninja creami recipes very soon....

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams plain greek yogurt (I used nonfat from Fage)

  • 120 grams organic pumpkin puree

  • 15 grams raw unfiltered honey

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

PROTEIN: 27.5 GRAMS

CARBOHYDRATES: 29.5 GRAMS

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In your ninja creami cup, add all of your ingredients and mix well. I suggest using an immersion blender to ensure the ingredients are well combined.

  2. Leave in freezer for a minimum of 8-10 hours, and when ready to eat, use the 'lite ice cream' setting on your ninja creami.

  3. Serve with mix-ins of choice and enjoy!
