Very Berry Ninja Creami

Ending your night with a sweet treat is a girly non-negotiable, especially in the summer. Late night trips to the ice cream shop for something sweet and decadent is one of the best experiences. However, not everyone can calorically afford to do that every night, and that is totally okay!

We do not deprive ourselves over here, even on a fitness journey, so what that means for us is finding higher-protein, lower-calorie, but still tasty ways to conquer our sweet tooth and still feel satisfied knowing we stayed within our daily caloric intake range.

Getting the Ninja Creami was probably the best present in the world (not sponsored at all by Ninja but I wish I was). It has made making healthy ice cream a worlds easier. I used to try to blend yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit, freeze the mixture in a tupperware, then try to eat it after defrosting, but the texture always turned out horribly. No matter what base, toppings, blend-ins you use, a Ninja Creami turns out perfect every time. But I hope you try this fiber-rich, very berry recipe soon! Andiamo!
