Vanilla Overnight Oats

Sometimes, it's nice to experiment with these cute little protein recipes. I don't always use protein powder and I try my hardest not to use supplements to get my macros and micros in, but sometimes you need that fun little sweet treat!


This was such an easy breakfast and/or snack for when you are on the go. Adding fresh fruit, granola, nut butter, seeds, and other fun toppings make it into a satiating and yummy treat at any time of the day! Enjoy!





MACROS:

CALORIES: 297 calories

PROTEIN: 25.8 grams

CARBOHYDRATES: 45.5 grams

FAT: 2.9 grams


INGREDIENTS:

*doesn't include toppings*

- 28 grams instant oatmeal

- 40 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt

- 20 grams french vanilla protein powder

- 50 milliliters unsweetened almond milk

- 70 grams banana, chopped

- 60 grams, blueberries

- sugar free syrup, cinnamon, stevia


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all of your ingredients in a tupperware and well combine.

  2. Add your fresh fruit and mix.

  3. Store in fridge for minimum 6-8 hours, and serve with preferred toppings.
