Sandwiches are extremely underrated in the fitness community and I wish I saw more people eating them. They are the perfect example of a good balance of protein, fat, and carbs in one meal, and the different toppings and veggies you can add make them even more delicious than just eating plain chicken and rice to hit your macros.

My favorite sandwiches are always turkey blt sandwiches or turkey clubs, and I thought, why not make this favorite food of mine into a more macro-friendly version that is easy, fast, and higher protein than the regular version? This is a perfect option for school lunches when you're on the go, and it is awesome to prep the night before and throw into a lunch bag the next morning for when you're running around. I enjoyed this sandwich so much and I hope you guys do too!
