More pumpkin recipes! This is seriously the greatest time of the year, where even a cold pumpkin spice protein shake like this one can make you feel all warm and comfy.


You can definitely boost the protein up on this one, but the only vanilla protein powder I have kind of tastes gross and I try to avoid using protein powder so much in my day! But this was so good, so creamy, and a perfect afternoon pick-me-up after a long day of studying!



MACROS:

CALORIES: 277 calories

PROTEIN: 22.7 grams

CARBOHYDRATES: 39.9 grams

FAT: 2.6 grams


INGREDIENTS:

- 150 grams vanilla protein yogurt of choice

- 113 grams banana, preferably frozen

- 30 grams organic canned pumpkin puree

- 60 milliliters unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

- 12 grams pbfit powder

- 2 tablespoons sugar free pancake syrup

- dash of cinnamon and pumpkin spice

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice latte coffe syrup (optional, but gives it extra psl flavor!)
