INGREDIENTS:

FOR PUMPKIN PIE BASE

  • 100 grams organic canned pumpkin

  • 400 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt (Fage preferably)

  • 16 grams PBFit pumpkin spice peanut butter powder

  • 16 grams Levels Organic Vanilla Bean Grassfed Whey (#levelsprotein)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon organic monkfruit sweetener

FOR STEWED APPLE TOPPING

  • 100 grams honey crisp apple, diced

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, add your pumpkin, yogurt, Levels protein powder, PBFit powder and mix. Then, add your fixings, like vanilla extract, baking powder (to thicken the mixture), cinnamon, and monkfruit sweetener. Mix until well combined, cover, and set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.

  2. When you're about ready to serve, diced a small honey crisp apple and add to a small saucepan over low heat. Add a dash of water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and an optional sprinkle of sea salt. Stew on low heat until the apple are soft and fork-tender.

  3. Top your yogurt bowl with the apples, and extra toppings, like raspberries and frozen blueberries. I would suggest toppings with organic granola, peanut butter, and more raw honey. Buon Appetito!
