Who doesn't love cookies, especially raw cookie dough?!
This protein cookie dough recipe makes a really nice serving for one person, and can definitely serve as a meal replacement if it works with your macros, but I had leftover macros for the day and decided to go all in and experiment with this recipe.
Feel free to swap and personalize the recipe, such as using different flavors of protein powder. This was delicious as is and definitely will be a staple dessert for when that sweet tooth inevitably hits!

MACROS:
CALORIES: 420 calories
PROTEIN: 42.4 grams
CARBOHYDRATES: 38.9 grams
FAT: 10.6 grams
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 grams oat flour
- 30 grams french vanilla whey protein
- 22 grams pbfit powder/pb2 powder
- 90 milliliters unsweetened almond milk
- 3-5 grams stevia, splenda, or sweetener of choice
- 14 grams sugar-free dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Blend your oats until they turn into a fine, flour-like consistency.
In a bowl, mix your oat flour, protein powder, pbfit powder and well combine.
Gradually add your almond milk until desired cookie dough consistency. You don't want to add it all at once or else you might make it too liquidy or the dry ingredients won't absorb the milk as well.
Finally, add your chocolate chips. I recommend refrigerating for about an hour to chill before eating, but you can eat as is. Enjoy!
