Why not enjoy your favorite tasting desserts for breakfast? And why not modify them so you can eat them more frequently while still reaching your goals? Recipes like these fantastic birthday cake/funfetti overnight oats allow you to hit your macros and also enjoy a sweet indulgent treat!

Overnight oats are a perfect meal prep for breakfast or snack when you're in college and on-the-go. Even without toppings, this will be rich and decadent and even though you might start your day off with what feels like a decadent treat, you're getting in enough protein to allow you to stay satisfied and energized through your hectic day!

You can recreate this recipe with any flavor of protein powder or add-ins that will compliment that protein powder: I often substitute this recipe with a chocolate peanut butter protein powder and add fresh strawberries, but this one is equally as delicious! Protein powder is also a great staple to have in college as you can use it for oatmeal, shakes, pancakes and baked goods, and add into your snacks and meals for that added boost and overall satiety. And there's no better protein oat meal prep than this one right here!
