Everybody loves an easy dinner, and this one is even better. Whether you need a breakfast, lunch, or meal idea...this keto egg scramble is warm, comforting, and absolutely will help you hit your protein goal.
Egg scrambles are a great meal idea, and can be adjusted with just about any source of protein. Here, I even added cauliflower rice for more bulk and to get some veggies in for the day. Topped with hot sauce, salsa, or even some simple-ingredient ketchup, you have an amazing meal on your hands.

CALORIES: 508 calories
PROTEIN: 69 grams
CARBOHYDRATES: 4 grams
FAT: 24 grams
INGREDIENTS:
6 ounces, cooked, 93% lean grassfed ground beef
2 eggs, scrambled
100 grams egg whites, scrambled with the eggs
170 grams plain organic cauliflower rice, sauteed
Seasoning to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pan over medium low heat, saute your cauliflower rice in a pan with a touch of avocado or olive oil, some salt and pepper, and other seasonings of your choice.
Once your cauliflower rice is heated, spray the pan one more time before adding in your 2 eggs + 100 grams of egg whites, scrambled.
Once the eggs are about halfway cooked, add in your cooked ground beef. Continue to scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked and to your preferred consistency. Plate and serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy. Buon Appetito!
