I have never even been a fan of tuna/tuna salad in my life until now. I decided to take a shot when grocery shopping for my college move-in and bought a single tuna packet, and it's safe to say this will definitely be my new go-to protein of choice when I am on the go and don't feel like cooking. I've definitely been missing out all of these years!
Tuna is an excellent source of protein: it's super lean, it's affordable and easily accessible, and it's perfect for when you want to prepare lunch before if you know you have a busy day. Tuna is all about jazzing up as well: adding seasonings and chopped veggies of choice is definitely a must if you want to elevate this lunch from a boring one to a tasty and exciting one!
