Apparently Starbucks discontinued the spinach feta egg white wrap, which is arguably the best thing on their breakfast menu, so I decided to recreate it at home with the ingredients that I had on hand and it was so good.
This is super easy, super fast, and a really great way to get your protein in early on in the morning. For my own macros, I paired mine with a side of chicken breakfast sausage and potatoes, but this wrap was so filling on it's own! I also added an egg which is not included in the Starbucks wrap for extra healthy fats and satiation.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lavash flatbread
- 1 whole egg
- 120 grams egg whites
- 20 grams shredded part-skim reduced fat mozzarella
- handful of spinach and cherry tomatoes, diced
- seasonings of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a pan, cook down a handful of spinach and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Once the spinach has reduced down, add your egg and egg white mixture, along with your tomatoes, and cover and reduce to a medium low heat.
Once your egg mixture is done cooking, assemble your wrap by adding the egg mixture and mozzarella and fold.
In a foil lined tray, air fry at 400 degrees for about 5-6 minutes for a crunchy outside, or serve without air frying.
