Apple "Nachos"

I didn't even think this needed a "recipe" or any sort of directions, but I made these apple "nachos" as a quick carb snack and they were so yummy!


I used to see these kind of treats on Pinterest all of the time and honestly didn't even think to try it until now. This is a delicious lower-calorie snack and almost reminded me of eating candy apples!





MACROS:

CALORIES: 279 calories

PROTEIN: 9.8 grams

CARBOHYDRATES: 32.3 grams

FAT: 5.4 grams


INGREDIENTS:

- one granny smith apple (mine was approx 250 grams)

- 16 grams organic pbfit powder

- 10 grams lily's sugar free dark chocolate chips

- sugar free syrup

- sprinkle of cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, mix your pbfit powder with a sprinkle of cinnamon, about a tablespoon of sugar free syrup, and enough water needed to thin it out so its easy to drizzle over the apples.

  2. Assemble: apples, pbfit drizzle, chocolate chips. Optional: freeze for 10 minutes before eating!
