It's been a long time, but it is good to be back! Sometimes, you're just craving something on a bad day that tastes like greasy food. Something I really loved to eat (and still do) is the bbq chicken flatbread from Trader Joe's, so this recipe is a more macro-friendly version of it so that you can have as much as possible.
You can always modify these recipes to your liking, but I usually just use whatever I have on hand. The greatest part of these recipes is that you can modify them for your health and enjoyment. If you're bulking, you can always add full-fat ingredients, and if you're cutting, you can always add lower-fat ingredients. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
- 100 grams chicken breast
- 2 tbsp SF barbecue sauce
- 28 grams shredded mexican blend cheese
- 2 carb balance tortillas
- half a cup roughly chopped red onion
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp bolthouse yogurt ranch
Popping all the toppings onto a tortilla and baking it in the oven for a couple minutes is the quickest and most delicious lunch. If you need something that is savory and delicious while also very easy to make with time constraints, this is your meal!
