French fries are not only the best side with every meal, but they are one of my favorite foods ever. Like hands down. Nothing beats hot and fresh fries with some ranch or honey mustard on the side.
I like to think of creative recipes because the chicken and rice fitness lifestyle never worked and will never work for me. Brainstorming in the kitchen and curating fun and delicious recipes is definitely worth the time that it takes.
In college, there are so many fast food places and greasy spots around that are hard not to patron every single day. When I made this recipe, I had been walking around and I smelt greasy and fried food and did my best to work with what I had in order to stay within my deficit. And let me tell you, this recipe was definitely worth it!

INGREDIENTS:
- 28 pieces Ore-Ida Golden French Fries
- 5 ounces chicken breast
- 2 slices Columbus Turkey Bacon
- 28 grams shredded cheese of choice
- 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Ranch
- Buffalo sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Cook your chicken breast to your liking. I air fried mine with some seasoning and coated with buffalo sauce after it was all done cooking and diced up.
Air fry your frozen french fries in a foil-lined basket at 400 degrees for around 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket and spraying with cooking spray.
Microwave your two slices of turkey bacon for 2 minutes in a microwave-safe dish, with paper towels on the bottom and top of the bacon.
When your french fries are done cooking, leave them in the foil and add your cheese. Air fry at 350 degrees until cheese is melted to your preference.
Now it's time to assemble! Add your bacon, chicken, and drizzle your ranch on top and serve with dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
When I took my first bite of these loaded fries, I couldn't believe how macro-friendly they were while also tasting like the loaded fries you would get at any fast food spot or chain restaurant. These were my dinner that night, and I was not only satiated, but so impressed with just how not healthy they tasted. Sometimes, you need those meals that aren't full of vegetables and you need something that soothes the soul. See you next time!
