Certified "white people taco night" hit...just lower in carbs and higher in protein!


If you are someone looking to watch your carbohydrate intake for medical or dietary purposes, definitely try out these easy peasy low-carb beef tacos.


This is more for meal inspiration rather than an actual recipe, as these are truly so easy to put together, but I absolutely LOVE having this meal on rotation!


MACROS:

CALORIES: 480 calories

PROTEIN: 66 grams

CARBOHYDRATES: about 2-3 grams

FAT: 23 grams


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 egglife wraps (these will be our tortillas)

  • 6 ounces cooked 93% lean grassfed and grass finished ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • 28 grams shredded aged cheddar cheese (I used regular here)

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp salsa of choice
