This one is probably one of the fastest and tastiest recipes I've posted yet. This is kind of a variation of the bbq chicken flatbread I had posted a couple of weeks ago, but this one is definitely a less time-consuming option and it was super tasty!
I have been obsessed with air frying my chicken tenderloins because they come out so much juicier and cook a lot more evenly than if I did them on the stove in a pan. Plain chicken and rice can get super boring and is NOT the only way to reach your fitness goals and hit your macros, but preparing a big batch of chicken ahead of time and freestyling different recipes will definitely help you hit your goals! Well, you should use that meal prepped chicken for this delicious and fast bbq chicken burrito.
I definitely recommend eating two or three of these depending on your macro goals for a meal, as you can see below, these are super low calorie, but I just needed a fast dinner because I had such a big late lunch and snack that this worked for me.

MACROS:
CALORIES: 275 calories
PROTEIN: 44.2 grams
CARBOHYDRATES: 21 grams
FAT: 3.5 grams
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 joseph's lavash wrap/flatbread
- 4.20 ounces chicken tenderloins, weighed raw
- 32 grams no sugar added barbecue sauce of choice
- 14 grams fat free shredded cheese
- chopped lettuce and tomato
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Wash and pat dry your chicken tenderloins and season to your liking: I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, and nashville hot seasoning.
In a sprayed air fryer tray lined with foil, place your chicken tenderloins down evenly and cook at 400 for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Chop your chicken, lettuce, and tomato and set aside.
Now to assemble: spread your bbq sauce in the middle of your flatbread and then add your chicken, your shredded cheese, and your lettuce and tomato.
Roll up your burrito, spray with cooking spray, and air fry for another 4 minutes on 400 or until desired outside crispiness. Enjoy!
