Buffalo chicken anything is so delicious, and what better way to use leftover chicken than to turn into a buffalo chicken dip wrap?!
This was super fast and easy, and it honestly is the perfect comfort food. Buffalo chicken dip is a fan favorite when it comes to Football Sundays, and why not make a higher protein version so you can enjoy your favorite foods while still having fun on those special occasions?

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lavash pita/wrap
- 40 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 3 ounces cooked chicken tenderloins, weighed cooked
- 25 grams reduced fat shredded cheese
- buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix your shredded chicken, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, ranch powder, and half of your cheese and thoroughly combine.
Place your buffalo chicken dip mixture in the center of your lavash wrap and add the rest of your shredded cheese. Roll and fold until the edges are secure and nothing is spilling out.
Spray the outside of your wrap with cooking spray and air fry for 450 degrees, or max crisp, for about 4-5 minutes to get a super crunchy shell. My air fryer decided to stop working when I was making lunch, so I toasted mine in a pan with some spray and it came out just as delicious.
